Events & Public Cheese tastings

We have regular Cheese Suppers and Ploughmans lunches at Breweries and Restaurants and free tastings and sales at book shops, clubs and exhibitions.

We can often arrange free tastings at your company, church or club. Please contact us for details. Don't forget we also cater for private parties and Apéros, a selection of the best British Cheese is often a real "eye opener", especially if you have Swiss guests! Our catering service is entertaining and educational and we always supply printed notes about the cheeses and where they come from in English and/or German.

Forthcoming Events

Our market at Zurich's Markthalle Im Viadukt is open 6 days a week from 8.00 - 20.00 and we are at the Zurich HB Market almost every Wednesday from 10.00 - 20.00 (starts again 18th January 2012).

We will also be providing free cheese tasting at the Moevenpick Wine shops at Enge and Zug, Zurich on the 17th December from 11.00 - 16.00 - cheese, chutney and crackers can also be purchased.

Rapperswil Christmas Market - 9th - 18th December (closed Monday 12th). This is our favourite Christmas market in Switzerland, we will have our famous "Hot Toddies" as well as a selection of cheeses and great gift ideas.

Luzern Venite Christmas Market - this is the small International market organised by the Luzern Churches and is held in the Kappelplatz from the 15th - 18th December - not the big market in the main train station.

Port and Stilton tasting - this will be a major event at the Viadukt Market in Zurich on the afternoon and evening of 23rd December and the afternoon of the 24th (we close at 4pm that day). Try a wide range of Port wines including our exclusive to Switzerland Skeffington Vintages together with some of our famous blues! The tasting is free but of course there will be plenty of cheese and Port to buy on the day!
