Why British Cheese?
British cheese is so underated and unknown - even in the UK! Since the "death" of British cheese production in WWII there has been a slow revival that in the last 15 years or so has come on by leaps and bounds

Is British Cheese better than European cheese?
No - it is just very different! Being an island we developed our cheese styles independantly from the rest of Europe - we say it is like comparing oranges and bananas - which is better? They are both fruit!

Do you deliver outside of Switzerland?
At the moment no, but we are looking at ways to do this.

Are you funded by the British Government?
No, we are a small private company and we are passionate about British cheese!

Can I collect cheese from you?
Yes! You can make your selection here and e-mail it to us and collect from our regular Wednesday market at Zurichs Hauptbahnhof from 10.00 - 20.00 or at any of our other regular events.

What's your best selling cheese?
During last year it was clearly Shropshire Blue. 2009 is seeing Lincolnshire Poacher Vintage Cheddar catching up though, especially with our Swiss customers.

Do you supply to the trade?
Yes! We supply shops, restaurants and hotels. If you are interested in stocking or using our cheese please get in touch. We can arrange discounts for regular deliveries (minimum order amounts apply)

How do I arrange a cheese tasting?
Get in touch! We can cater for parties and Apéro's and can sometimes even arrange Free Tastings, as long as we can sell some cheese on the day to cover our costs. So far we have held these in bars, restaurants, hotels, breweries, companies and even private homes.
